Toronto, ON (October 24, 2016) − The Comfort Hotel Toronto Airport North has been awarded the prestigious 2016 Top Fundraising Hotel for its ‘Donate a Dollar’ efforts by Choice Hotels Canada. Presented at the company’s annual Fall Conference, the award recognizes the property that excelled in fundraising during the Choice Hotels Canada (CHC) Foundation’s ‘Donate a Dollar’ campaign, where participating hotels donate a portion of their revenue for occupied rooms over the course of a week. The Comfort Hotel Toronto Airport North raised over $1,900 for ‘Donate a Dollar’ and is owned by the Sunray Group, which raised more than $10,000 across its 14 Choice properties during the annual campaign.
